CONTINUING PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT: ADMISSIONS FOR SHORT COURSE ON INTEGRATED WATER RESOURCES MANAGEMENT ARE OPEN UNTIL 15 NOVEMBER 2018

The objective of this course on water resources management is to develop an analysis of the different rights and obligations associated with the provisions of Law 18 August 2000, no. 267, article 77 for the local government regulation systems. The course is offered by Sant’Anna School Dirpolis (for Law, Politics and Development) Institute enabling participants to identify issues and policy strategies linked to freshwater ecosystems and the availability of clean water in sufficient quantities.

The program is primarily targeted at local government administrators. Theory and practice of developing and implementing an efficient and environmentally sustainable water resources management process will be examined through the principles of transparency, social equity and economic efficiency.

The course is available to 50 participants (also including local government administrators as per d.lgs. 18 August 2000, no. 267, article 77 section 2). It provides a minimum of 16 hours comprising 4 lectures from November 23 to December 1, 2018.

Paolo Carrozza, professor of Constitutional Law of the Dirpolis Institute (for Law, Politics and Development) is the course coordinator. Cristina Napoli, post-doctoral researcher will serve as the scientific supervisor.

This course is worth 16 CPD credits recognized by the Italian Bar Association and the Institute of Architects.
